Stoplight Parrotfish and school of yellow grunts
Testing a New Camera Underwater
Testing a new camera

Thanks to the global pandemic, I decided to purchase a new underwater camera. I selected the Panasonic GH5 in a Nauticam Housing. I’ll discuss why I decided to purchase this camera and housing in future posts.

This was one of the first images I took with the new camera set up in Mexico.

This Stoplight Parrotfish was trying to blend in with the school of Grunts. I thought it was a cool moment.

Below are my first test shots!

Grey Grunts off the coast of Puerto Morelos
Filming a Juvenile Spotted Drum Fish
Felicity our Dive Guide at Cenotes Tajma Ha
Schooling Snappers on the C-53 Wreck
I’ve got my eye on you!

My first underwater test with the Panasonic GH5 camera was in Puerto Morelos, Mexico. We were diving with Wet Set Diving Adventures. Here’s a link to my underwater camera set-up.
