If you are fortunate enough to spot this radiant creature slowly making its way across a Caribbean reef, you are looking at one of the ocean’s most striking macro subjects. Identifiable by its royal golden gill plume and deep blue body traced with bright yellow lines, this dorid nudibranch uses vivid coloration to warn predators — a textbook example of aposematism filmed in the nutrient-rich waters of St. Vincent.
