The Caribbean Sea, with its sun-kissed turquoise waters and kaleidoscopic coral reefs, is a treasure trove of underwater wonders. During my dive in Grenada, I was captivated by the sight of a Flamingo Tongue delicately clinging to a purplish coral.

Flamingo Tongues are actually small sea snails, not the tongues of flamingos! Their vibrant patterns serve as a warning to predators, signaling that they are toxic. Despite their eye-catching appearance, Flamingo Tongues are only about an inch in size.
