Scuba diving with Marine Iguanas has been one of the best wildlife experiences. We traveled to Ecuador to dive a few of the Galapagos Islands. Marine Iguanas are only found in the Galapagos. We used the Galapagos Master Liveaboard for the 10 dive day trip which was charted by Blue Water Dive Travel.
During a night dive in Roatan, Honduras, I discovered I could feed see flies to this Spiny Lobster. We were diving with the team from West End Divers.
There is a Sea Lion colony located off the coast of La Paz, Mexico. I traveled to Mexico with a dive group organized by the Scuba Network, NYC. Scuba diving was lead by the guides from the Cortez Club which located on property at La Concha Hotel.
I spent a week diving off the coast of Ambergris Caye in Belize. Nearly each day I was greeted by this Nurse Shark. The nurse shark had a distinct spot in between his eyes which I used as identification. I lodged at Costa Blue Dive & Beach Resort and diving was provided by Tuff E Nuff.
Another amazing moment when a Bowmouth Guitarfish swam in front of the lens. We were diving off the coast of the Hallaniyat Islands in Oman. The Bowmouth Guitarfish (Rhina ancylostoma), is also called Shark Ray or Mud Skate, it’s a species of ray and a member of the family Rhinidae. Diving was supplied by the Oman Aggressor team.
Here’s a curious Pharaoh cuttlefish we observed near the Phi Phi Islands. The Phi Phi Islands are located off the coast of Phuket in Thailand. Diving was supplied by the team at Sea Fun Divers.
