The flamingo tongue snail (Cyphoma gibbosum) is a species of small but brightly colored sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Ovulidae, the cowry allies. Hilarious 😂 Does anyone know what the reddish creatures crawling on this #nudibranch might be? This Nudibranch was spotted in Lembeh, Indonesia. Lembeh, Indonesia The Pygmy seahorse is a fascinating and enchanting creature that captures the imagination of marine enthusiasts worldwide. Known for its minuscule size and extraordinary camouflage abilities, this tiny seahorse species, scientifically classified as Hippocampus bargibanti, is typically found hiding amidst vibrant coral reefs in the tropical waters of the Pacific Ocean. Measuring only about 1 to 2 centimeters in length, these adorable seahorses are masters of disguise, perfectly blending with the corals they inhabit, thanks to their remarkable ability to mimic the color, texture, and shape of their surroundings. Their elusive nature and intricate beauty make encounters with Pygmy seahorses a true delight for divers and underwater photographers, revealing the hidden wonders of our oceans.
